Course structure and time schedule:-

Kandyan dancing (Description)

The basic dance moves

24 of the main traditional dance steps

Kandyan dancing (History)

 Vannam - singing

Learning to dance perform of 5 "vannams" (traditional dancing)

The basic Knowlege in Drumming (Kandyan drum "Geta Bereya")

Singing in (Vannam's, Folk dance songs , Country dance songs)

Traditional dance for opening ceremonies (Mangalam)

Course Duration - 

(Academic studies theory and practical) - Eight (8) Months - (Classes - once a week - four hours per day)
